That "24 hour window" is the waiver period for non-vested vets (vested vets are not even close to being eligible for the practice squad) sometimes we overate our rookies. Ware had a good preseason. But I can't believe that if any team was looking for a backup RB that they didn't have as good a rookie udfa as Ware in their camp. I think Ware goes to our PS with no problem.
