Blackout
KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Los Angeles Dodgers closer Eric Gagne could be headed back to the disabled list with a problem in the same right elbow that sidelined the All-Star for the first 35 games this year. "He has basically re-aggravated the elbow, the same situation he was dealing with in spring training," manager Jim Tracy said Tuesday. He said Gagne, who has converted 18 straight save situations dating to last August, underwent an MRI on Monday and "in all likelihood" will be placed on the DL. "He has a second-degree sprain, the ligament, same area that he was dealing with in spring training. The ulnar collateral ligament," Tracy said. http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/news/story?id=2085331
Blackout
another bad break for Gagne, just when he looked like he was getting back to normal i noticed this year (well, in the 3-4 times i got to watch him) that his velocity is down this year Ongoing ligament problems...very interesting (im kidding, I dont think he used steroids nor do I know if steroids can even be attributed to ligament problems)
