124 Posted February 22, 2008 Share Posted February 22, 2008 Patriots | Team declines Stallworth's option Fri, 22 Feb 2008 09:53:42 -0800 Karen Guregian and John Tomase, of the Boston Herald, report the New England Patriots declined to pick up the option of WR Donte' Stallworth Friday, Feb. 22. Stallworth was scheduled to receive $6 million Sunday, Feb. 24, and an additional $2 million March 1. Stallworth is now free to negotiate with any NFL team. This was expected.
