Police say the man was leaving the Falmouth, MA event with a car full of kids when a group of young men attacked him with a baseball bat while he was stuck in traffic. The reason? They assumed he was a Yankees fan because of his New York license plate. Police arrested 20 year old Robert Correia at the scene. The victim was taken to Falmouth Hospital with head injuries.
