JetNation Posted August 18, 2008 Share Posted August 18, 2008 The New York Jets have waived DB Nate Lyles. The announcement was made by Jets general manager Mike Tannenbaum. Lyles (6'0", 199), a three-year starter at safety for Virginia, finished with 160 tackles and four interceptions for his career and had 68 tackles as a senior.
