The point was that people who are intentionally antagonistic for no other reason then to piss people off are *******s and deserve to be publicly flogged. He does some community service work as a sign of good faith. Drinking and driving is stupid. Hopefully he learns and grows from this mistake. Hopefully he learns and grows from this mistake. yeah..if he pays his debt to society and doesn't have a repeat offense..then it should be pretty much old news. I mean, not saying it is ok, but I know plenty of people who have probably driven when they felt fine but were legally DUI.
