ALSO: Wilkerson to have surgery Wednesday Dogra has been hit with a massive penalty as a result of as unanimous vote by the NFLPA's Committee on Agent Regulations and Discipline (CARD): A fine of $200,000 and the revocation of Dogra's certification as an NFLPA contract advisor. Dogra also cannot re-apply for certification for three years. UPDATE (8:04 p.m.): Dogra, through his attorney, said he will appeal the ruling.
