To be honest, I don't like any of the FA's that are out there...let's not confuse who's the best of the lot with just being the best if you know what I mean. I think the best FA out there is our own John Abraham and I don't want him back for reasons we have discussed before...some agree and some don't on that subject.

Ht: 6-3 Wt: 300

Position: DT

Date of Birth: 1/27/1978

Experience: 4

College: Virginia

2004: Pope’s play on the interior of Denver’s defensive line in 16 games (15 starts) made it difficult for Broncos opponents to run the ball in 2004. He totaled 30 tackles (22 solo), one sack (-2 yds.) and one pass breakup. He notched three tackles (2 solo) in the Broncos’ regular-season finale vs. Ind. (1/2), helping the team secure a playoff berth with a win against the Colts.

2005: Played in the first game of the year, and was inactive for the rest of the season until the last game of the year, in which he also played.

Anyone know what happened to him last year? Was he injured, or just inactive since the Broncos signed the entire Cleveland D-Line last year?
