Feature Request For New Threads

When creating a new thread, give the creator of the thread an option to make it not viewable by a list of users.  This would be similar to the "ignore" feature but sort of in reverse.   As in "I want to force this person to put me on ignore".   For example, these are 2 people I'd put on that list.  It would save everyone from having to read stuff like this.  They don't like my posts and it's tiresome for me to have to respond "so don't read them" or "put me on ignore".
