USC WR Dorian Singer

Was watching Arizona vs USC the other day to get a look at WR Dorian Singer whose name I'd jotted down during the 2022 season.  Dude was unstoppable that day and made one of the better TD catches you'll ever see.  Went on to watch four or five more of his games and it was more of the same.  Incredible hands, plenty of toughness and a little bit of YAC ability.  Turns out that his first monster game I watched was against USC, and he entered the portal and transferred to USC.  Put him on your "players to watch" list this season.

I'm intrigued by him, especially how he performs with a better QB.  I am worried about his speed though, especially on deep routes.  He does a good job of adjusting for passes, especially underthrown ones, but would like to see some more separation.

What do you think about Troy Franklin from Oregon?  His hip sink and route stems are really good but I'm not seeing the YAC stats for someone that should be running away from players with his speed.

Agreed on Franklin.  He put up solid numbers with Nix last season.  I actually watched Oregon vs Washington a couple days ago and he made some plays deep down the field but as you said, for a guy who could very well run a sub 4.4, there were defenders on his heels when he got the ball.  But to be fair that was the first full game I've watched of Oregon in quite some time so I'm going off of a smaller than usual sample size.

Yeah, I only watched one film, and then some highlights from various games, but I was just baffled by the separation speed after the catch.  Next year's class should be interesting, because I assume we're going to be in the market.  Davis and Hardman might be gone, so I'm guessing a 2nd or 3rd rd prospect might interest them.

I have my eye on Ricky Pearsall from Florida as well.  When I was looking at Richardson, Pearsall was basically the only WR that got any type of separation, but not sure how much his game will translate.
