Rangers9
Pratt would be a good pickup even though later round QBs drafted by Jets in past haven't made it. Could be JD passes on drafting a QB and signs a UFA or even another vet to be number 3 like Siemian.

He won’t wow you with RAS type of stuff, but you watch the tape every Saturday night and realized he played another good game.

jetstream23
With 3 picks in the 4th (and the ability to maneuver) this feels like one of the more critical rounds of drafting in recent Jets history. Lots of opportunity here. Would hope the Jets can bat .333 and find a longterm starter with at least one pick, and a significant role player with another. Good teams get economical starters out of these rounds.

This is where the good GMs find gems. And don't forget about UDFA.

Ironically, he seems to have a better "hit rate" amongst undrafted players, UDFAs, etc. Bryce Huff, Gipson, etc. versus his 4th and 5th round picks.

Tore up the SEC. I don’t know. Just feel a little hopeless, you know? Just, down. <awkward silence> Caller: Hello? Counselor: Bro, a tight end at ten overall? 1
Lith
This is the guy I want at 111. Had him in for a 30, and he would have a shot to start this season.
Untouchable
I’ve been a big proponent of signing a cheap veteran RB, but pairing up Shipley with Breece would be pretty awesome. 1
jetsons
If Walker (#1) or Franklin (#2) are there at 111, that's what I want ... Spread the "D" with SPEED & open it up for everyone.
GreenFish
My hope for today is to get 2 players we can say, "how in the world did we get that guy in the 4th?" and get a QB we can have hope develops into a starter 2 years from now.
Beerfish
Pratt will get picked one pick before the jets pick (like in the jetnation mock draft. 🤓 🥵 ) We need to pick the following position groups imo. WR S DT or Guard QB RB
Greenseed4
NFL network keeps showing commercials for “Run Rich Run,” I don’t think it’s a stretch to say some of the folks in the commercial (1) post on JN, and (2) are running 40 yards for their first time in a decade+

Augustiniak
Based on where we all were thursday night at 8pm, the draft for the jets basically has been near perfect. They got the LT/wr combo they wanted and basically a combo most jet fans wanted. And we have 3 picks in round 4. Amazing. 2

After what the organization went through with ZW why would they bring in another qb if they thought it could repeat?

slats
I’d rather not see a QB in the fourth round. I’ll be happy for those of you who would, but OG, DT, S/LB, RB, or even another WR would make me happier. Fourth round QB is such a long shot to amount to anything, and I wouldn’t be excited about Hackett trying to develop one.
Warfish
Good luck to our Jets today. Plenty of good players still available, plenty of real needs left to fill. Guys I like in spots we need/could use: Jaden Hicks, Safety Sedrick Van Pran-Granger, C Cade Stover, TE Jerimiah Trotter Jr., LB Michael Pratt, QB Joe Milton III, QB (if we miss on Pratt)

I’m guessing we don’t go qb here, jd can get good defensive depth and maybe a decent guard too.
