faba Posted April 5, 2006 Share Posted April 5, 2006 Football Arrington Continues To Talk With Giants Wednesday, April 5, 2006; Page E02 Former Washington Redskins linebacker LaVar Arrington continued to negotiate with the New York Giants yesterday, according to a source with knowledge of the situation. Arrington, who negotiated his release from the club before the start of free agency last month, has stated his desire to remain in the NFC East, and he is the highest-profile free agent remaining on the market. 124 Posted April 5, 2006 Share Posted April 5, 2006 I'm a big fan of Reggie Torbor so I think they should steer clear of Arrington. Go with the younger guy with some upside. My friend is a Giants fan and he likes Torbor as well but he actually prefers to sign Arrington because of Torbor's poor pass defense skills. But Arrington's arn't that great either.
