Keith Foulke reportedly went to Alabama to be examined by Dr. James Andrews while his teammates were playing in the Hall of Fame game on Monday. If an injury has caused Foulke's drop in velocity, the Red Sox have done a very good job of keeping it quiet until now. Foulke is denying that he went to be examined by Dr. Andrews, but his agent has told Boston Dirt Dogs that the closer ''was injured'' and that was the reason he did not make the trip to Cooperstown.
