PeterNorth09
http://www.footballsfuture.com/2008/nfl/freeagentsOL.html Heres a link to free agents. Faneca is old. Adams is good, but old, expensive and we already have a Left Tackle. Max Starks and Jake Scott I like.

Agreed I also like both guys you mentioned Jake Scott could be a nice addition.
C-Mart28
Starks was one of the names that first caught my eye when I saw the upcoming FA class, he's young and started at RT for the 04 and 05 seasons, only declining when moved to LT. I'm not sure what the transition tag does for his availablity though.
Sperm Edwards
Starks was one of the names that first caught my eye when I saw the upcoming FA class, he's young and started at RT for the 04 and 05 seasons, only declining when moved to LT. I'm not sure what the transition tag does for his availablity though. Starks lost his RT job. He wasn't moved to LT until what's-his-name got injured. But for an injury to the starter, Starks was demoted to backup for the whole season. On an under-performing OL, no less. I'd be ok with him at RT, just not for mega bucks. Though if we're signing Faneca, it might not be awful to get two guys who played together for a couple of years on the same line. While we're at it, I'd add Kreider at FB. Only reason he lost his job was b/c they wanted a more multi-tool, smaller FB there.
