Told everyone how to talk, dress etc. He did a lot of work and was able to effectively set a new culture in motion. Except Buck usually got fired before the team won it all. He wore out his welcome with his bland personality and rules. So I was thinking maybe Mangini is the same way. The guy that sets everything up but gets the boot before they win. It would be nice...
