MagicBizkit87
Whats up with the Yes Network gun? I didn't know Phil Hughes could throw 95 MPH curve balls...lol
Guido Monzino
I caught that yesterday too. I think maybe those radar guns caught the same virus as John Sterling's microphone that turns everything into an extremely exaggerated form of reality. MagicBizkit87
Who knows, maybe Phil Hughes really can throw them that fast... lol
SenorGato
Their gun sucks...like hardcore sucks. The 93+ MPH breaking balls are fairly consistent this season.
haggis
I wouldn't trust any ballpark or tv "gun".
MagicBizkit87
I wouldn't trust any ballpark or tv "gun". Is NESN like that with their gun?
haggis
yep. I also see it for a few, but there are too many times when you say "there is NO way Wakefield is throwing an 83mph fastball". I dunno. I just think those graphics are a little cheesy. You can tell when a guy throws hard, you don't need to know exactly how hard.
