TNJet
I just thought about how much of a force our new Dline could be in some 4-3 fronts. Obviously Rex is as schematic as they come so I wouldnt be surprised if he experiments with our obvious strengths now that we've added Wilk and Elis. Think about our interior presence in a 4-3 now with Kenrick and Pouha inside, with Ellis and Wilkerson as our DE's. Wow, thats intriguing. Or even consider letting Muhammad play some DT along with Kenrick for a D line of... BT/Pace,Ellis,Wilkerson,Ellis. Damn i'm pumped. We're gonna kick even more a$$ on D now. Larz
I'm sure we will see 2,3,4 and 5 man fronts over the course of 19 games
bitonti
the problem with the Jets going 4-3 isn't the DL it's the LB. who is the WLB in a 4-3? Scott? most 4-3 OLB are not 260 like Pace and Thomas. they are probably DE in that look. so yes the Jets will go 4 man front on nickel downs but i don't see this team running alot of 4-3. it also should be noted that a 4-3 over look is basically a 3-4...
