Lupz27
First Jets game I ever watched as a 7 year old, and for some reason I have been die hard green and white ever since, while all my friends jumped on the Giants ban wagon, because they won the super bowl that year. I guess I liked to suffur even then lol.
JiFtheOracle
I watched that painful game again last night. I was so duped as a kid. 85/86 is when I started getting into sports and actually following players (Doc Gooden and Kenny O were my idols) We were still in NY and used to go to Mets and Jets games...they were good at the time. Winning World Series and making Championships runs...totally thought being a fan of the Mets and Jets was going to be awesome for the rest of my life. Yeah, not working out so well... pfilippone
That game was the 2nd time my heart was ripped from my chest and stomped on. First being the Mud Bowl. I was used to the abuse by then...
