Scott Dierking Posted July 25, 2011 Share Posted July 25, 2011 Jets RG Brandon Moore (hip surgery) will not be ready for the start of training camp. Moore is "not sure" of his timetable for recovery. The 31-year-old mauling guard had surgery in early February, so he's now over five months removed from the operation. There's been no discussion of Moore beginning the season on PUP. Moore was able to set up plans to work out at an outside facility before the NFL lock out began. The Jets head trainer John Mellody helped him get set up with the outside source. Moore isn’t running yet but he is able to walk and ride a bike, as well as do strength conditioning excercises.
