GoJETS
Has Mangini said if he was going to play 4-3 or 3-4? I always thought Abraham would be better playing in a 3-4. Maybe he'll be our Lawrence Taylor/Willie McGinnest with John Vilma playing the Harry Carson/Tedi Bruschi role. Your thoughts?
Smizzy
John Abraham won't be a NY Jet in 2006.
Ranger
I believe there will be a combination of the 4-3/3-4. Mangini already stated he will use whatever defense works the best. It refreshing to see a coach who wants to work with the strength's of the team, rather than employing a system that the team is not set up to run. I never could stand the cover-who. GoJETS
Well that is the way he is taught. BB prefers the 3-4 but coaches to the team strength. Unlike Herm who will hire a 3-4 guy (Ted Cottrell) and force him to coach the cover 2 without the personnel and then blame hime when it goes bad. NIGHT STALKER
KEEP JOHN ABRAHAM. PREDATOR 56 Why? Mediocre year for a guy looking for the big pay day and I hope this organization has learned a lesson with the Pennington contract. That's all we need is to tie up money on both sides of the ball with players who are magnets for injuries.
