  1. Lived there from 2004 to 2020, I lived in Johnston county just east of Raleigh by 10 miles. Worked in Cary for 11 years, then my own shop in downtown Raleigh. I drove mostly back roads to and from work, not bad commute that way, get on I40 during rush hour….. forget about it. once you learn your way around it’s pretty awesome. Good food, (Carolina bbq) people are friendly, 4 seasons, winters are mild, will snow once in a while but not bad. They don’t do much for road prep in the snowstorms so beware! Roads can ice up quick and leave you stranded. It’s not like the upper northeast where they plow, salt and brine…… don’t get cocky about snow driving! lol. beach is 2 hours east, mountains 2 hours west, some great venues for concerts and the like. I wouldn’t mind going back! Semper Fi
  2. I attribute it to the fact we ran the ball the most (attempts) than we have all season long, and they also put the line in motion while run blocking to allow Hall to wait for a hole to open up, those two actions negated the pass rush and made the ends and LB’s stay in place to protect against the run. the two points I’ve been screaming for and at the tv all season long that are basic simple football 101 when you are facing and strong pass rush or you have a poor run blocking line……. Which only took Saleh and Goldmember 17 games to figure out….. which up until yesterday, we only slid the line a handful of times, all runs were up the gut or off tackle, then forced to pass in obvious passing situations when we fell behind the sticks. this season could've been better if we did this since game one, worked more screens and play action off of it. so coaching and line performance are the main issues with the Jets. 3. I’m just going to laugh at your position, because it’s f’ing ridiculous man! Semper Fi
  4. It’s amazing that you didn’t see the hit he took and came on here with this BS! SMH… you said it yourself, earlier in the thread “ what play did he get hurt on?, I’d like to go back and watch it” Semper Fi
  5. I don’t know, but I’ll guess it was the sack/fumble, where he was hit on a hi/lo tackle. The dolphin that went high should have been flagged for diving head first, helmet to helmet on Zach but wasn’t. Then to cap it off his head bounced off the turf when he landed…. that would be my guess. Semper Fi
  6. Man all this arguing back and forth about Qb’s, systems and hypothesis of who would be better where, trying to prove your points is just nonsense. There isn’t one single player or players ability at fault with the team’s performance. It’s a combination of all factors of the team. The team is poorly coached and prepared. Mostly on the offensive side. The defense and special teams are mostly solid, no worries there. offense….. that’s a totally different story. now after seeing all Qb’s play, it’s inherently clear that the offensive line and coaches are bad. In the past 3 seasons we have had over 20 variations of the line start games, so many injuries that it has to make you ask and wonder what are they being coached like? Is it the philosophy of the line blocking scheme? Is it the quality of instruction? all I know and feel is that is the one major red flag with the team. I knew and laughed when I read all the “knowledgeable “ posters here calling for Boyle, then Siemian, how all of it was going to shake out, and posted in another thread telling all the bench Zach guys that they got what you asked for and to own up to it when their takes were wrong. sorry to say it, but Zach does give us the best chance to win, and Saleh is a meathead wuss for not having the convictions to stand by him like he stated in the start of the season, and all you armchair GMs were all completely wrong again. 😂 go ahead and come at me with all y’all’s BS reasons or excuses of why your opinions are still right, and I’ll just silently sit here and laugh. Yesterday and the week before proved all y’all wrong. Semper Fi
  7. Ha! So you finally got your hands drunk enough to talk them into a romp….! Good for you! Semper Fi
  8. You’re really f’ing dumb for even saying stuff like this. If the light didn’t come on for you watching this game, I won’t bother to explain it, because you would never understand.. Semper Fi
  9. This is going to be a painful experience to watch on Friday. Boyle had a hand full of passes on Sunday, 1 int, a 2nd pass that was an int that was graciously overturned, this is going to be an embarrassment. We might see Seimian by the 2nd half, (who was released off the jets in favor of Flacco, White and Morgan). He blows also. if the defenses keeps us in the game, don’t be surprised if you see Zach again by the 4th, he still gives us the best chance to win imho. y’all are going to get what you asked for! So own up to it after the game. Semper Fi
  10. About damn time someone is looking past the emotional reactionary blame game of Zach sucks, Saleh is a meathead, fire JD and Woody is causing this. Major issue #1 for the offense- Putrid O line play. Injuries included in this system Issue # 2- penalties, penalties and more stupid penalties, killing drives and scoring opportunities left and right. Issue # 3- Lazard, Uzomah, and Cobb and Cook. Complete waste of starting roster positions based on their production and penalties. Put the draft picks and young guys in. They can commit penalties just the same at worst, maybe produce more as well. Issue #4- play selection f’ing sucks. fix the top 2 issues and the offense will perform better, fix all 4, and we could have something that can be stomached for the rest of the season. Semper Fi
  11. Just gonna state obvious points here… 1-not a quick post. 2-The only purpose of this is to stir up crap. 3- Who are you to tell anyone what to do or say? that’s is all Semper Fi
  12. Zach got his dance skills from his mom…. Semper Fi
  13. No….. Chuck Berry stole it with the help of his cousin, Marvin, Marvin Berry…. From a poor little white boy just trying to get home…….. Semper Fi
  14. Nothing wrong with Woody and the Jets bling, at all. It’s fun self deprecating humor from him and showing support to his players at the same time. Sauce’s bling, the bling he gave Rodgers, it’s all in that line of playful support and is a great demonstration of the owner being with his players. There should be a branch from anus removal company somewhere on the web, you know, in case anyone needs it….. Semper Fi
