BS is the opposite of his father and can't stop calling pass plays, Rex can't or won't get through to him, and Mark has stagnated. Somebody needs to make Sanchez progress and Norv is the guy. SoFlaJets Posted December 26, 2011 Share Posted December 26, 2011 I truly believe that this is the kind of coach that Rex needs to run his offense. Rex, Sutton (LBers), Thurman (DB's), Carrier (D-line), and Pettine (DC) run the defense and right now Schottenheimer (OC), Callahan 9O-line/Asst HC), Cavanaugh (QB's), Ellard (WRs), Lynn (RBs) and Devlin (TE's asst OL) run the offense. Now they have Bill Callahan listed as the Assistant Head Coach/Offensive Line-fire Schitty and either make Callahan the OC/Asst. HC or get someone like a Norv Turner or Brian Billick to be TRUE assistant head coaches. I can forsee them doing just that after BS gets the boot; they just elevate from within and make Callahan the OC. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
