Jared Posted January 5, 2012 Share Posted January 5, 2012 Welled did earn his 2007 contract by working his butt off to be the best WR (and arguably best offensive player) on a terrible 2006 Dolphins offense. It could be the related to the fact he has always been the underdog, though (unwanted by top NCAA programs, undrafted, waived twice) rather than being an entitled high draft pick.
