UnitedWhofans Posted October 26, 2015 Share Posted October 26, 2015 this game is HUGE for many reasons. the biggest being the ability to put the Pats game behind us and fly across Country and beat a capable Raider team. we win this week we are in great shape. We put the Eagles game behind us and flew across an ocean and kicked the crap out of Miami. Now you can argue that Miami was trying to dump Philbin, but nevertheless, the Jets played well. Totally agree, and was saying it during the game. Jets, Fins and Bills should just light him up any time they have a legit chance. 15 yard penalties? $10k fines? Worth it in the long run. The problem is that the game has become overly more so about money and earnings than competition. The 70s Raiders would have beaten Brady to a pulp but views have changed.
