I will say that I don't neccesarily think things will be like this next year. There will be players that aren't on this list that I believe will have breakout seasons next year, and there are players on this list that I will not think as highly of come August. QB 1. Peyton Manning It is impossible to rank the rest of the quarterbacks at this point, because we don't know what's going to happen with Carson Palmer and Drew Brees in the next few months. They are without a doubt, top 5 fantasy quarterbacks when healthy. Whether they are is the problem. Donovan McNabb and Tom Brady would round out the top five. HB 1. LaDainian Tomlinson 2.
