Maynard13
Regardless of what happens in the next 10 games, we are not going anywhere with this current group/coaching staff. There will be some serious changes from top to bottom. New HC, new GM will be hired. Woody went right over JD’s head and fired Saleh without a peep from JD. That speaks volumes if Jets don’t make the playoffs. And even if they do, I still think he may be gone. Next, of course are what players stay, who goes. We will need a new kicker. A new punt returner. A new RT. Fashanau will take over for Smith at LT who has been horrible. Round 1 draft pick will have to be a RT. Sorry. They also need to fix the middle of the DL and get another edge depending on what happens with Reddick. They need to resign DJ Reed. Must. Probably get an elite safety since we suck at creating turnovers. Probably a LB to replace Mosley who is done. When you look at the whole roster, it’s really not that dire or in need of a total overhaul. Rodgers is coming back for another year or two. That’s a fact jack. Sonny Werblin
What doesn’t need to be changed is a better question.

For the most part, the roster is pretty good. It’s just missing some vital pieces -HC/GM, MLB, LT/RT, safety, NT, edge. We are set at secondary, RB, WR. I think Rodgers is back for another year or two now that he has Davante. That’s huge for him.
