Miller had two defensed passes, and made a great read on a Kellen Clemens pass, picked it off, and returned it for a touchdown . . . Kevin Dyson had a nice pick on a deep out from quarterback Patrick Ramsey . . . It’s not a good time for defensive tackles from the islands – both Sione Pouha (knee) and Tui Alailefaleula (undisclosed), missed both practices on Tuesday . . . Quarterback Chad Pennington had another good practice, including a nice deep out to wide receiver Brad Smith. Pennington also threw a pretty pass over the deep middle to wideout Dante Ridgeway. The Ball State product made a nice leaping grab on the play . . . Free agent wideout Reggie Newhouse continues to impress. He made an impressive grab on a deep out over cornerback Ray Mickens . . . Tight end Joel Dreessen showed some nice deep speed, grabbing a long touchdown down the right sideline from quarterback Brooks Bollinger . . .
