Smizzy
From everyone here at JetNation and from every NY Jets Die hard everywhere! Without your exit we wouldn't be on the path we are today. You could never beat the Patriots in NE. You couldn't beat your meat at a porn festival but that is besides the point. Your selfishness gave birth to the Tangini Era. For that I can't thank you enough. Have fun trying to make yourself look competent in KC. We all know how much work that will be.

When was the last time that the Jets beat the Pats at Giants Stadium? 2000 maybe?

You know I don't like Herm but his team beat us in Foxboro. Chad played out of his mind that night! You remember the 9-7 year right? 3-way tie between the Jets, Pats & Dolphins? That was the year the Jets won the AFCE. It was 2002. It is now 2006 and Chad is still your QB.

The 2002 team was much more talented than this one, imho. If Herm were still here we would be 3-6 tops and the excuses would be rediculous. Then we would win most of the easy part of our schedule and finish 8-8. Regardless of record though, the Jets have never looked this good under Herm. Everyone is putting forth effort, the schemes are outstanding. I sit on my couch and have no idea what is coming next on offense or defense. I actually root for the Jets to pass the ball knowing it will be some unique and exciting play. Under Herm I closed my eyes and hoped Chad would survive to see another snap.
