One of the usual exercises during baseball's collective-bargaining negotiations goes something like this: Owners ask for a system to pay draft picks pre-determined bonuses. The union says no. And after that short dalliance, they discuss bigger, more important things.

Only last year was different. The owners wouldn't budge. They had a plan. The baseball draft was broken

i think the system is screwed up....i hate it what the agents do..

if i could play 1 year in baseball..minors or anything..i would sign for nothing!

That's ridiculous. But since you don't have that talent, you have no idea what you would do. The system may not be right, but your comment makes absolutely no sense.
