White coaches do not need a special program to be given an opportunity to suck at being head coach. White coaches get their shot and if they suck they suck. White coaches get their shot and if they suck they suck. Most black coaches turn out to be really good if not great coaches...Just look at the W's and L's. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that players wanting to play for them... Alot of black players can actually relate to a black coach. Just saying... Now I'm not trying to say that black players dont like playing for white coaches or that black players cant relate to white coaches...
