Or when Pennington was scouted to have a "strong arm" Laugh if you want, but Pennington had a serviceable NFL arm when he came into the League. There was one MAC championship (his Senior year) where the game was played in the rain and winds of December and his passes were cutting through that wind, downfield. I kid you not.
