I go with Patterson and Karstens (long relief). Bruney has 1 more option (see Chad Jennings blog) and will likely be sent to AAA. Guys like Britton, Ohlendorf and Ramirez will be on the short list of call-ups if relief help is needed early on. Guys like Cox, Melacholen (sp??) and Sanchez will be available later on.
