NY JET 29
#6- Vernon Gholston. #36- Brandon Flowers. 4th round- Marcus Monk I know #6, and #36 are strong possibilities, but is Monk making it into the 4th round a possibility? Because if those 3 picks happen Jets fans will be more excited for next season more than any other season.

Irish Jet
I've said this before regarding Flowers. I think he could be an elite CB in a zonal scheme because he's incredibly physical and has great technique. However I think he'd be really exposed in a man to man scheme but is incredibly slow for a CB and had a very poor vertical at the combine. (Very worrying for a CB who is 5-9). If he had to man up vs Big, fast NFL WR's I think he'd really struggle.
DieHardJetsFan
I think Flowers is a project in the NFL, but I like what I have seen from his highlights, but I would much rather draft Cason in round 2 if he's still on the board. Im just praying that Kenny Phillips drops into the 2nd round for the Jets
Ghost
When your not that tall and had a bad vertical like IJ said, that makes me not want him at all.
Jetscode1
I'd take Gholston...and I like Monk (but after the injuries will probably be available in the 6th or 7th) Don't like Flowers...especially after reading the notes from Scott Wright's Draft Countdown...character concerns about Facebook pictures...check it out. http://www.nfldraftcountdown.com/scoutingreports/cb/brandonflowers.html Don't think Tangini get anywhere near him. Looks like Flowers got himself some Drug money, anyone can say what they want about McFadden on how he has kids on the way or the fact that he has had 2 fights as a college student, but McFadden is actually a humble kid and far from a criminal
