If your team is under .500 then you shouldn't have a chance to play in the tourny. 12-18 in a conference that I could play and star in, is nothing to be rewarded. Was watching the game and I thought it was a bunch of guys from the "hood" in Oakland against a bunch of religious guys from Oral Roberts. Then I found out Oakland U is somewhere in Michigan.
