victorjets Posted September 14, 2010 Share Posted September 14, 2010 Yea run defense was one of the few positives. They played real physical tonight. Too bad Ravens converted all those 3rd and longs. Bruce Banner Posted September 14, 2010 Share Posted September 14, 2010 My pet theory is that all these "exotic blitzes" that BAL, PIT and the NYJs use will only work on third and long. I think thats what exotic means, it only works on third and long. So you need to get the team into that to make them work and all the exotic blitzing teams stop the run cold.
