The writing is quick and witty and it has the perfect combination of drama and comedy worked into it. See our main guy is a self taught law genius who dropped out of college because he doesn't follow their rules. He's found by a newly promoted SEEMINGLY unemotional exec looking to make a splash to build on his and the firm's reputation, promptly hiring Main Guy to join his sexy, sleek, modern, hip law firm. BUT WAIT! This firm only hires Harvard alumni! How long can they hold the truth back? Is it possible Main Guy's natural talent as a hot shot, quick thinking, uber witty lawyer will hold back the questions? What of the new love he's found? What if his Main Guy Rival finds out? And that's not all! We're going make the boss a black woman! How's THAT for the modern business world?" etc. I've seen moments of the show. It's probably not bad.
