T0mShane
Signs are pointing to a reunion between the Patriots and Josh McDaniels…. http://www.bostonherald.com/blogs/sports/rap_sheet/index.php/2012/01/06/signs-are-pointing-to-a-reunion-between-the-patriots-and-josh-mcdaniels/ Even before it became clear that Patriots offensive coordinator Bill O’Brien would be Penn State’s new coach, the team was making moves to handle his departure. As soon as O’Brien’s name came up in job rumors, all eyes pointed to former Patriots OC Josh McDaniels. The Patriots were pointing to him, too. The St. Louis Post-Dispatch is reporting that the Pats and Chiefs requested permission to speak with McDaniels. There is no word whether they received it. O’Brien will stick around for the playoffs. But when he leaves, it doesn’t seem there is an immediate successor on the staff. TE coach Brian Ferentz has impressed, but it’s a little early for that. McDaniels did wash out in Denver and St. Louis, but he merely led the best offense in NFL history (at the time) in New England. He could give the Pats immediate help and restore his own reputation in the process.

PFSIKH
Maybe Brandon Llyodd will want to follow him to New England.
