Unless offset language also includes trading a player, or recouping monies for injury purposes.  

 

It would suck if Milliner, Richardson or Smith don't work out for any reason.  But It would suck-double if they're on our books affecting the cap, yet not on the field affecting OUR team.

The C.B.A really helps Teams, instead of a Kings ransom for bad players V.G for example. where your almost obligated to keep them around, you can cut their ass since wont cost much.

I bet we paid that loser 20m. Under the new CBA he'd be gone sooner and cost us a quarter of that amount.
