Chemical Castration is too good for these types of vermin. It amazes me that in this day and age the sentencing guidelines for this type of act are still remarkably lenient. 25,000 dollars bail. I have a 4 yr old grand daughter. Can't even imagine this. If he's found guilty and goes to prison, from what I've heard from CO's ,the inmate population will deal with him.
