Maxman
Yeah, I don't have one either. I just wanted to see what a thread like that would look like. Someday our luck will change. I just hope it is before I look like this:
Sharrow
Bah, didn't see that it said "Jet" superbowl moment. Nevermind, maybe I'll have a dream about it someday and that will count.
JerryK
As the only Jets fan at superbowl parties, I always feel like this guy.... Perhaps next year, if we all show enough sincerity, the Football gods will visit our pumpkin patch.
NIGHT STALKER
Being alive and totally oblivious that the Jets had won.
Savage69
Matt Snells TD run and Namath running off the field with his finger saying Number 1!! And also picks by Randy Beverly and Johnny Sample!
Bugg
I was 4 in 1969, so it's not even a memory. Leading the Broncos at halftime in 1998/99 with the Falcons waiting to get their wings clipped.
Savage69
Being alive and totally oblivious that the Jets had won. Being alive where you were was a Great feat in itself!! The Bowl was just a Game!
Maxman
Being alive and totally oblivious that the Jets had won. Well I understand EXACTLY what you mean by that. And it puts it all in perspective. I remember reading you say that you didn't know who won for a few more days. It is a cruel irony not being able to enjoy something like the Jets winning the Super Bowl. But it certainly puts it all in perspective. The Jets play a game! Guys like yourself and Savage (amongst many others), you are the ones we should be looking up to. Curtis Martin is a great guy and does incredible things for the charity. Yet the vets are responsible for what I hold most near and dear to my heart. I will step down from my soap box now. But thanks!
