Alright so first off only a dweeb would even pose this as something as debatable. Doom ripped Thanos' skeleton straight out of his living body. Vader is powerful as **** but Doom is a legit genius and he's also a sorcerer with magical capabilities that rivals anything Vader can bring to the table. . Even if Doom's armor wasn't force resistant you can bet 8 gazillion dollars that it would be before Vader even got near him. Doom all day every day.

Also just a reminder but Doom also once fought KISS
