Fred Jetstone Posted April 10, 2006 Share Posted April 10, 2006 It has been determined by the NFL, the Jim Henson Company and a federal court judge, that Matt Leinart looks so muh like a human muppet, that if he's drafted by the Jets, they will have to pay the Jim Henson Company royalties which will count against the salary cap. The Jets front office was quoted as saying that while they had been considering Leinart, they cannot afford to pay the royalties or take the cap hit.
