traded up with what picks for Bush?

2 first rounders and 3rd rounder for Bush. Is that correct?

If so,

lets see Jets took Ferguson, Mangold and Schlegel for those picks..

Got Bush.

May get McNeil because Jets may not trade up to get Clemens before Chargers.

Get Smith as 3rd rounder(compensatory selection).

4th rounders go to brad Smith and Dobbin

extra pick from redskins for 35th would go to Jacobs.

Comparison..

Actual draft. OT Ferguson and C Mangold in 1st round; QB Clemens in 2nd; ILB Schlegel and SS Smith in 3rd; WR Smith and RB Washington in 4th; TE Posizask in 5th.

Adjusted Draft after Bush. RB Bush in first; OT McNeil in 2nd; SS Smith in 3rd; WR Smith and ILB Dobbins in 4th; TE Posizask and QB Jacobs in 5th. No Center.

Which one is better in money wise, talent wise, value wise?

Only problem is that the 'Aints weren't taking the two number 1's and a thrid rounder that the draft chart indicated. They wanted our 2nd as well and wanted a first from next year, so the Bush argument is moot.

Seriously? 2nd rounder this year and 1st rounder from next year among with 4th overall pick for just Bush?

No way.... Jets may end up in top 15 in 2007.... No way to give saints some luxury.

damn.
