He knew what he was getting into in Tennessee before they traded away McNair. It was a rebuilding process no matter if they kept him or what. McNair cannot take a 3-13 team into the playoffs by himself with virtually no big additions. He's not THAT good. No man is. You need talent, something the Titans lack. Both Brown and Henry are injury proned backs and you'll see nothing out of Vince Young (even though they hope so, their hope is 2-3-4 years down the line, along with LenDale White).
