uart
The coaches aren't blameless either going to the Brad Smith as QB 3rd down package far too many times. If we are going to run the Brad Smith as QB play EVER AGAIN, he has to THROW THE BALL. Like, maybe once?
jetophile
abyzmul mentioned to me that Chad's calf is nagging him. Makes sense. No torque.
serphnx
abyzmul mentioned to me that Chad's calf is nagging him. Makes sense. No torque. I've posted several times that he probably injured himself again, and it looks like that's right. So basically his body has to be in full health, and he needs the perfect conditions to get a decent pass (no wind, time to step in). This is the NFL, you're gonna have injuries that you need to play through, it's going to be windy, and you're going to get pressure. This is as far as the man can take us, and I love the guy but, I love the team more, so enough is enough.
DireJet38
The weather wasn't in Chad's favor today and he had absolutely no touch. Penningtons, sans touch is useless. He miss fired two potential td scores to Mccariens and Coles. Never got his rhythm back following the first interception. Sad, bc it was encouraging seeing the Jets put up points in the first quarter for a change.
PatsFanTX
where are all the chad supporters?????????????? Right here. The guy was absolutley pathetic today. 21.1 QB rating for the game. Nice clutch performance today.
PatsFanTX
If that call is reversed and the Jets sneak out a win in OT Chad is 'clutch.' PennyBoy and "clutch" should never be mentioned in the same sentence. Woulda, coulda, shoulda. The story of PennyBoy's pathetic career.

It was a good throw, on the last play of the game, with a bad call. Regardless of the call or not, it's over. But if the Jets had gotten lucky on the call then what else would you call a moment like that from Pennington? Clutch for the Jet fan, and luck for the detractors.
