For those that don't, quick recap: Jets hosting the Pats in a wildcard matchup the Jets were supposed to win. Jets came out flat, Pats caused mutliple turnovers and in the end we got killed even though it was only a 12 point game. I was 9 years old and I'm pretty sure I shed a tear for the first playoff appearence and loss I watched as a young Jets fan. I've waited over 20 years for a do-over and never got it. steve mcqueen Posted January 3, 2007 Share Posted January 3, 2007 The first playoff game ever at Giants Stadium. We were the better team but the Pats owned us that day.
