124
Was clearly in the hands of New England yesterday. Gostkowski was booming touchbacks like I've never seen before in a single game, Favre's interception, Feely missed that one FG giving NE decent possession on their own side of the field, Ben Graham was shanking punts all afternoon with just a 27.3yd average and the biggest and worst stat of all: New England started FIVE drives in Jets territory and 13 of their 19 points came from those drives. Maxman
Good point, really good point. Here is an interesting thought. When Nugent gets back how about you also find a kickoff specialist. Yes, they don't want to waste 3 spots on 2 kickers and a punter. But did you see New England's kickoffs yesterday? WOW, he was booming them. The Jets started at the 20 each time. Even if it takes an extra roster spot, I think they should think about it. Certainly there has to be one person not currently on an NFL roster that can reach the end zone on a kickoff. rillo
Almost all divisional games come down to field position, Pats did a great job yesterday, their ST was unreal.
faba
Simple question how come NE's kicker can kick them deep in the end zone or even out of it and Nugent can not?
rillo
Simple question how come NE's kicker can kick them deep in the end zone or even out of it and Nugent can not? IDK, either the wind was going with the ball, or he's on that NE HGH plan. I think its the HGH LOL
A-ZONE
IDK, either the wind was going with the ball, or he's on that NE HGH plan. I think its the HGH LOL no to the wind theory, I was watching that after the 3rd one. he kicked them out from both directions, what he was doing was kicking line drives. No hang time . He was kicking them not in the endzone but out of the end zone.

Zeebers
Why Ben Graham still has a job is beyond me. The guy's awful, and has been for about 2 years.

They got the ball on their 21 after the FG.. hardly decent position. However your general argument is accurate.
