I'm going with Mitre, but that is probably because we haven't really seen Igawa pitch in 2 years.

I don't know if it's even close for me. Igawa is - by far - the worst pitcher I have ever seen in my life.

Too bad Kennedy isn't healthy. I mean obviously we all would probably rather see him given another chance in the majors over Harry and Lloyd here in this poll.

I'd like to give Kennedy another shot before I throw in the towel on him in the majors. Maybe he just wasn't mature enough to handle the big leagues. I do think he has the talent, but that is really only 50% of the equation with the modern day pitcher - the other 50 being your mentality and toughness. Hopefully that has developed more.
