Closer does not = guy that gives away 3 in the 9th yesterday to send it into extras and then gives up back to back homers in the 9th today to lose the game. Kevin. Only if he takes Asshat Heilman with him who gave them their first run on a homer the previous inning. This is why we're hosed Doug. Even if the bats sing loud in the 2nd half - we have just pitiful sh1tbags in the pen with Heilman and Gregg but Lou keeps on throwing them. Gregg is being termed a "contact closer" - meaning he doesn't have good out stuff and must rely on putting the ball in play to get his outs:hand: WTF is that bulsh1t?????? He's a schlong who can't get guys out consistently enough to be a closing specialist in MLB. And Heilman is a total fraud who is either blowing Pinella or has pictures of Lou's wife performing said act upon him. He calls the shots and put his boy Gregg in after throwing 30+ pitches the day before. Let's cheer up. We face the Reds today who have just lost 6 in a row. Watch the Cubs make 'em look good.
