I think Brunell shouldn't be here as well. He looks finished to me. That said, the Jets staff seems to love him unconditionally as the #2 for some unknown goddamn reason. I think his playing value to this team is pretty low. As a mentor, what the hell do I know, maybe he's yoda. But I wouldn't get your hopes up about us cutting him. He's not going to play and if Sanchez did get significantly injured we're screwed no matter what anyway. I can promise you Rhett Bomar would not step in and take the Jets to the promised land.
